What We Do

We believe in the importance of teamwork to proactively and continuously improve our services.  All of our highly experienced team members are valued, not just for their technical knowledge, but for their ability to work closely together, within a clear governance framework.  As well as providing service excellence, we believe it is important to deliver decisive action in a planned manner.

Our internal governance practices are codified in a set of Statement of Practices (SOPs).  These cover a range of areas from client service standards through to time recording and business continuity, which set the structure for quality assurance. Copies are available on request.

Our independent trustee services can deliver expertise in the following areas:

  • Trusteeship of Defined Benefit, CARE and hybrid schemes;
  • Trusteeship of Defined Contribution schemes, including Master Trust arrangements;
  • Transition management;
  • Sole trustee;
  • Chair of trustee;
  • Interim trustee appointments at times of sponsor mergers and acquisitions;
  • Short term appointments to oversee specialist exercises, such as valuations and enhanced transfer exercises;
  • Design and implementation of a de-risking strategy;
  • Buy in and buy out exercises;
  • Closure to accrual and scheme wind up
  • Guiding a scheme through PPF assessment.
