Since joining Pi in 2001, Gill has been central to Pi’ s successful operation and growth. Formerly Managing Director, Gill now acts as Company Secretary to the Pi Partnership Board as well as overseeing all of Pi’s compliance procedures. She is a member of the GDPR response team and in her role as Compliance Officer, she is part of the Governance & Compliance Committee (GCC). The GCC reports to the Pi Trustee Board and is instrumental to the oversight and management of our Sole Trustee appointments. Gill is responsible for the delivery of our AAF 02/07 reporting and checking our internal processes meet all required standards – ensuring we deliver the very highest standard of service to our clients is central to her approach to compliance management.
Elizabeth is a highly qualified pensions professional who started her career at Mercer and has over 15 years’ experience in the industry. She has provided advice to both trustees and companies in relation to DB and DC schemes as a benefit consultant, an actuary, an investment consultant, and a fixed income specialist. Her previous role included fund manager analysis and selection as well as pension scheme governance design.
Elizabeth is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. She maintains an interest in training and has had a close involvement in the education and CPD processes for actuarial and PMI students.
Huw is a pension consultant and a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries with over 35 years’ experience in the pensions industry. In a varied career at Mercer he has provided advice to the trustees of both DB and DC schemes as benefit consultant, actuary, and investment consultant. He has also acted as a pension trustee on a portfolio of Small Self-Administered Schemes.
Since joining Pi in April 2019 he now provides technical support to a number of our independent trustees as well as working on a range of specialist governance projects. He is a regular contributor of articles and speaker at pension events.
Lucy has over 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry and as a highly knowledge scheme secretary has managed a number of complex projects. Prior to joining Pi, Lucy was Secretary to the Parliamentary Contributory Pension Fund and the House of Commons Members Fund. She was responsible for governance and strategy working closely with the trustees of each fund and senior management within Parliament and Government.
In addition as Head of Corporate Member Services within the House of Commons, Lucy led the Corporate Services response to Member requirements and General Election response so is used to meeting high standards under pressure. As part of her role as a scheme secretary she is also experienced in running public sector procurement exercises.
Prior to joining Pi Consulting, Temi spent 18 years with a major benefit consultancy, where she was responsible for providing secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of clients. With a background originally in administration, Temi has a strong understanding of all aspects of scheme management and regularly presented administration reports at trustee meetings in her previous role as an administrator. She has a first-class honours in Business Management and a Diploma in Retirement Provision from the Pension Management Institute.
